Twintip is looking for a highly organized and motivated Assistant Operations Manager to support the Operations Manager in overseeing the daily activities of our ski school. The Assistant Operations Manager will play a key role in ensuring that lessons run smoothly, managing staff scheduling, and delivering an excellent customer experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for skiing or outdoor recreation to develop in a management role.
Support Daily Operations: Assist the Operations Manager in managing the day-to-day, on site operations of the ski school.
Customer Service: Welcome clients, assist them with their timely requests, get payments.
Instructor Coordination: Make sure of instructor attendance, follow up with arrivals, make sure that day to day overall processes are implemented.
Monitor Performance and Quality: Assist with tracking and reporting on lesson performance, customer satisfaction, and staff productivity.
Problem Solving: Handle day-to-day operational challenges, such as scheduling conflicts, customer issues, or logistical problems, ensuring smooth operation and customer satisfaction.
Safety and Compliance: Ensure all staff are adhering to safety protocols and company policies. Assist with the management of any incidents and the reporting of safety-related concerns.
Graduate or Undergraduate in any major, preferable in business administration.
Spoken languages: English is a must, French and Arabic. .
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate skiing techniques and instructions in a way that is easy to understand for students of different levels.
Patience and Adaptability: Ability to work with a diverse range of students, adapting your teaching style to meet their individual needs and learning pace.
