Reservation and Cancellation Policy

HELMETS and GOGGLES are Mandatory. It is forbidden to start any lesson without helmets or goggles no matter the circumstances.

Reservation should be made through TEXTING the club by WhatsApp

1. Date 

2. Name, age

3.  Level 

4. Training type: group or hours (if private) 

5. Instructor name preference if any 

6. Transportation address if required

Reservations in advance are strongly recommended for all Ski & Snowboard classes: All reservations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the lesson (First reserved first served)

Group reservations are highly recommended for both Saturdays and Sundays to avoid group and instructor switching

Cancellation made on the same day after 7h00 AM) will be fully charged to your account. 

A NO CALL or NO SHOW on a reservation will be fully charged to your account and name will be blacklisted. 

In case of late arrival, session will start at time of arrival, with no extensions and will be charged according to the reservation. 

The Club will broadcast cancellations due to bad weather (When the Resort will not operate) 

All cancellations or changes to your reservation can only be made TEXTING (no calls or voice messages) our Club’s mobile number
